By the way, forgot to mention earlier, I came across a good fish recipie over the weekend which I tried out on the other barramundi - thought you might find this one worth a go: This is enough to do a roughly individual size fish. For more or bigger fish, just mix up more. Mix together in bowl: 1.5 tsp minced garlic 1.5 tsp minced ginger 0.5 tsp sesame oil 1 heaped tsp diced lemon grass 1 tsp thai curry paste (I used a "massaman" curry paste) pepper to taste 1 tsp honey splash of fish sauce Spread the mixture over the fish. Wrap fish in foil. Bake for around 35mins on 200C. Serve with whatever you like (baked taters, vegies, rice etc). Enjoy ! Mike
